Ms. Ezratty-Farhi holds an LL.M. in International Private Law from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University of Paris and practiced in Paris as Deputy Counsel at the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

In the early 1990s, she emigrated to Israel, where she completed her legal traineeship in a large law firm. She later practiced in various aspects of commercial law before specializing in intellectual property law and, in particular, trademark law.

Ms. Ezratty-Farhi provides her professional expertise and counsel in the field of management of trademark portfolios and handles trademark prosecution in Israel and worldwide. She also handles trademark agreements, recordal of changes and renewals.

Ms. Ezratty-Farhi is fluent in Hebrew, English and French. She is a member of INTA (International Trademark Association), the Intellectual Property Committee of the Israel Bar Association and is a consultant at the Israel Export Institute.

Ofer Ber holds an M.Sc. in computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He graduated from both with excellence.

Mr. Ber has many years of experience in software, algorithms and patents and the administration of a wide array of other fields, including search algorithms, complex price comparisons, tasks portfolio management (PPM), communication apps, process management, image processing, and parallel computing. Ofer a vast experience in the high tech industry and has worked in a variety of management and R&D roles.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Ber established Mysupermarket.com and sold his share after a successful launch, subsequently moving on to launch RelevanC (an algorithm to improve web search results). Ofer  led all patent registration processes in these companies.

Dr. Haim Chayet has more than 20 years of industrial experience in applied physics in the fields of electro-optics, optical communication, medical devices, printing technologies and renewable energy. Along with his industrial occupation Haim was a guest lecturer in the Jerusalem Hebrew University and Holon Institute of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Based on his extensive technical background Haim is an expert in handling complex information from a wide range of innovations. Dr. Chayet works proactively with inventors, R&D, marketing and product development teams to identify potentially patentable products and harvest Invention disclosures.

Ronny Fogel holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Weizman Institute, and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Fogel has more than 20 years of experience in patent drafting, focusing on software and algorithms.
Ms. Fogel has a rich background in the tech world, working for 25 years in software development at Scitex, where she managed software development in the company’s Input department. In addition, she managed the IP department of the company (which was later sold to Kodak) between 1999–2007.

Outside of her office hours, she likes to play with her granddaughters, cook, and watch TV.
Favorite food: Pasta.

Holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an M.Sc. in Neurobiology from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Business Administration from The College of Management (Tel Aviv).
Ms. Fogel assists the office’s clients in the process of creating IP strategy and is also in charge of the process of identifying innovations.
She has a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship in the hi-tech and biotech industries and was a founding partner in two startups – I’m-Real and Aequitas.
Ms. Fogel also lectures at startup hubs and to technology companies about the importance of IP issues for attaining proper growth and maximizing profit potential.

Almog Bahar holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering as well as a diploma in IP law studies.

Almog has a vast experience leading complex IP processes in both small startups and large, multinational technological companies.

In his work with clients Almog often deals with the need to draft specific patents to stay in accordance with companies’ business needs and is experienced in consulting companies regarding the creation of their portfolio and reactions in cases of infringement risks.

Among his areas of expertise are: medical devices, mechanics, hardware, software and more.
